Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Council

With each year, the DE&I Council continues to grow at Co-op. These dedicated individuals ensure DE&I initiatives are a focus by partnering with various teams and departments across the organization.

Engagement Resource Groups

Engagement Resource Groups (ERGs) at Co-op launched back in April 2021 and have continued to grow ever since. Each ERG offers employees an opportunity to network, address common issues and concerns, and receive support from those who share similar backgrounds, experiences, and interests.
