Review
Co-op Talent Acquisition team reviews your application. A recruiter will contact you about your application status and schedule an interview if you are selected. 
Interview
We utilize one-way video interview software, Microsoft Teams for phone and video interviewing, as well as on-site interviews. 

Depending on the position, there may be 1, 2, or 3 rounds of interviews. This may involve speaking with a recruiter, the hiring manager, and/or members of the team. 
Offer
If you are selected as the candidate we want to hire, a recruiter will contact you to share the good news and present you with an offer letter!

History and what we do
Co-op Network was founded in 1981 by a small group of California credit unions with only 20 ATMs. In 2006, Co-op expanded beyond the network and began providing a variety of services and products. Today, Co-op handles three billion-plus annual tranactions, making it the nation's largest credit union service organization- offering resources that enable deeper member engagement to help credit unions prosper. ​​​​​​​
